Cancellation Policy

- If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, we reserve the right not to return the deposit you paid in advance when scheduling your appointment.

- If you are late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other clients.
